[Resolved] Tata Sky — Disconnection of DTH no.[protected] | |||
I am subscriber of tatasky no [protected].(Flat no.G-404 of aakruti township, Boduppal)- on 29/1 your Representative has come to disconnect the connection to flat no G-604.However by mistake he disconnected my service.Later he realised the mistake, and requested that he will rectify, but till now not rectified .Is it system of your organisation. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. January 11th 2016 i spoke with person regarding HD Channel deactivation but still my HD Channel is not deactivated
Being a costumer when i call costumer care the lady was holding the line and giving me excuse ?
This is not costumer satisfaction
