Tata Sky — disconnection on the basis of third party instruction. | |||
I m a regular customer of tatasky since last three to four years. My last recharge was done with rs 350 on dt.14.08.18 with validitu upto 14.09.18. Having balance amount of rs.362. On dt.28.08.18, i made a request to reinstall my connection to some other place, as i have been temporarily shifted to some other place. Installation team visited my residence and uninstalle the tatasky and came up to my new place. They expressed their inability to install the unit due to signal problem. I made a request to suspend my connection for ninety days on dt.29.08.18 and it was approved on the same date with validuty upto 26.11.18. I was also instructed to pay rs.200 as uninstallation charges that i paid on dt.30.08.18 through additional rechage of rs 200, although i had a balace amount of rs 362 in account. I received a message on 30.08.18 that my suspension has been revised and is valid up to 30.08.18. I did not respond to the message assuming that its a system generated message, as i have already taken suspension valid up to 26.11.18. On 12.10.18 i enquired about process about re installation o[censored]nit to some other place which i have permanently taken for residence. I was shocked and surprised to know that my account has been de activated and my balance of rs 362 was vanished. On the contrary, i was infirmed that i have to pay another rs 350 to resume the account. Here i could not understand the following points: 1. How tatasky can de activate my account on the basis of a call by a third party, that is the installer agency without confirming from the user itself. 2. If a suspension is already in existance which was approved by tatasky itself on 29.08.18 valid up to 26.11.18, how did the service was resumed on 30.08.18? 3. Where is my balance amount of rs 362 whic was valid upto 14.09.18, where as suspension of account was taken on 29.08.18 valid up to 26.11.18. Now all above points clearly indicate that tatasky is happy with taking one time benifit of rs 362 and do not need a regular customer since last three or four years. In the situation above, i think it is better to quit tatasky for ever and ever. Was this information helpful? | |||

They are duping pupil telling they will provide 2 nights stay in hotels and booking connection. Kindly beware

nobody is lifting the call and not providing hotel accomodation
