Discontinuation of Tatasky Services: Subscriber ID[protected] which was being used at Anantapur.
My father's very close friend who had picked up the connection almost 10years ago in Chennai relocated abroad 3-4 years back and had asked us to either use the service or discontinue it. Since then my friend who resides in Anantapur had been using it. There were numerous instances where the service was not working and calls made to the customer care helpline was of no avail. There was no response and help provided at all. We had also written for the old box to be exchanged for a new one and that was also not done. Now at this point of time we have already disconnected the services with immediate effect and given away the box to the junk person. NOC has also been given by my father’s friend. Despite all this communication too Tata Sky continues to bother us by sending regular mails of recharge. We don’t want to be associated with the Provider any more and don’t want to be disturbed in any form.
