Tatasky subscription id no [protected] discontinued of semi-annual package despite validity present.when spoke to customer care, nodal officer, online chat executive all of them said they will not follow trai guidelines thus will not provide me my plan.but as per trai guidelines notification no PR_No 11of2019, in this notification point no 8, it clearly states customer has right to retain his plan, I have mailed this to concern department of tatasky with this notification attached, plz do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Apr 03, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, LDP packs for new and existing subscribers are being discontinued in compliance with the new regulation on pricing. You will be migrated to a new monthly plan with your balance being adjusted. you can choose your channels & packs that best-fits your viewing requirements on www.mytatasky.com. Let us assure you the same regulation is applicable for all DTH and Cable operators.

I have repeatedly raised a request as I have reallocated from New farakka to berhampore
When I call the customer care, they say they are sending technician and since it had been a week almost no technician have visited as of now
Kindly look to this matter seriously or else I have to reach to consumer forum for further escalation
