I have a tatasky dth connection (Id [protected]) for the last 6 years commencing from december 2011. Every year, i have been renewing for annual subscription for mega hd pack. The last renewal for the same was 09th january 2017 for an amount of rs.7900/-. (Single tv connection).
During the last couple of weeks, have been receiving mails from tatasky asking me to renew by 23/8/2017 for obtaining discounts to which i replied stating that it is annual package due for renewal only in jan 2018. Now tatasky claims that it was an semi annual package which as per their site package details seem to be incorrect.
My several telephonic conversations with customer support team has not had the desired result as they seem to be lacking the required skills and knowledge in resolving the issue at hand. They also were unable to answer my queries about annual subscription. I therefore requested them and also by mails to speak to management team to resolve the matter but has not borne fruit till date.
I therefore would like the management team to resolve this asap to avoid in any disruption in service Was this information helpful? |
