[Resolved]  Tata Sky — discrepancies in annual subscription - subscriber id-[protected]

I have a tatasky dth connection (Id [protected]) for the last 6 years commencing from december 2011. Every year, i have been renewing for annual subscription for mega hd pack. The last renewal for the same was 09th january 2017 for an amount of rs.7900/-. (Single tv connection).

During the last couple of weeks, have been receiving mails from tatasky asking me to renew by 23/8/2017 for obtaining discounts to which i replied stating that it is annual package due for renewal only in jan 2018. Now tatasky claims that it was an semi annual package which as per their site package details seem to be incorrect.

My several telephonic conversations with customer support team has not had the desired result as they seem to be lacking the required skills and knowledge in resolving the issue at hand. They also were unable to answer my queries about annual subscription. I therefore requested them and also by mails to speak to management team to resolve the matter but has not borne fruit till date.

I therefore would like the management team to resolve this asap to avoid in any disruption in service

After speaking to the nodal officer the issue remains unresolved. I haven't received a satisfactory answer to my query that after renewing through tatasky web portal for the amount (Rs.7900/-) displayed by the system for the annual subscription package from January 2017 to January 2018, the reason for tatasky to convert this into semi annual package and asking me to renew again in 23 August 2017, i.e., after nearly eight months. There also has been no communication from tatasky in the form of a letter or email highlighting this till 20 August 2017. For me, this is a clear case of cheating a customer

I recharged my tata sky set top box but i am still not able to get a connection .I want a technician to check the problem with the set top box as soon as possible as the call center are saying you are actively subscribed.
