Tata Sky — Disgusting service from TATA SKY to my subscriber ID [protected]

I am your esteem customer of TATA SKY, till Feb-15 i didn't face any problem with your service, but after that your services have gone pathetic, I have experienced some bitter experience with services. The incidents are narrated as follows:- In the month of March-15, I was not getting proper reception on my TV for which I called your toll free number for the same, they told me that they will arrange the person to visit my house and check for the problem for which I will be charged. I confirmed the same and after some time I thought of removing the cable from Set top box and interchange the cables, which solved the problem and the reception was clear, I received a call from your engineer on the same day at around 05:30pm asking me for the convenient time to visit but I told him that the problem is resolved and the visit is not needed. I started getting calls from TATA SKY for very frequently asking me for my convenient time to send the engineer and I had to repeatedly say that the problem is resolved and no need to send the engineer. During this period even I got a call from your engineer and he told me that if TATA SKY people calls me then please tell them that the engineer has visited and the problem was solved, I was really shocked to hear this type of statement. Also the visit charges were deducted from my account but after complaining the same to your call center the amount was reversed. Further during the same period I got a call for the installation of WI-FI dongle for which they convenience me for the same, I told them to visit my house for installation also told them to visit on Sunday between 09:00am to 02:00pm and on weekdays after 08:00pm. Your team confirmed me various times and different days but no one came for the installation. This episode went for 15 days continuously finally I got wild and told your call center that if you are not interested in installing the same then please don’t call me and give false commitments. After that nobody bother to call me for their mistakes. Now currently a month back again there was a reception problem, I called up your call center and booked a complaint for the same, also I saw on the TV that TATA SKY was having some signal issue and the problem was faced by all subscribers. Although your engineer visited and did some settings and chanced some part on the disk (which I saw latter that the part was too old, which he replaced with my good part) and he told that the problem is resolved, He also demanded some money from my mother and she paid the money, as I was in the office I was not aware about this incident which took place, where as in your TV ADD it tells that TATA SKY will rectify the problem without charging anything to the customer. Till now the reception on my TV is not clear, some of the channels are not getting signals. I feel that I have really done mistake in choosing TATA SKY, I must have recommended more then 25 to 30 people to take TATA SKY, I have really lost the peace of my mind, I would like to highlight this issue to the highest level as I am really fade up with this type of fraudulent behavior by such a repudiate company. If I don’t get any solution on this then I will have to highlight the same in media and social network to make others aware on the same.
