[Resolved]  Tata Sky — dish antenna issue

This is with respect to my Tatasky id (mentioned above)..

There was an issue with our tatasky network last Friday late evening.. In spite of a hot summer day.. The screen displayed the message, "there is an issue with your network because it must be windy or it must be raining"

Nevertheless, we logged in a call and mentioned to the team concerned that there is an issue with the network.. Your colleagues tried resolving it through remote assistance.. However, they soon concluded that there is an issue with the antenna.. For which they said that they will be sending a person to get it resolved.. the next day..

There was no response on Saturday... When we called back on Sunday morning.. They said that they will. Send a person across in 2 hours.. They also mentioned that since we were premium. Customers of tatasky we would not be needing to pay any amount unless there are replacements or repairs..

A person turned up in the next one hour stating that he is from tatasky.. He completed the work and charged us 400 rupees.. Stating that he had to change some component..

This was last week..

This weeksnd again there is an issue with the network... And to top it all.. There is no one responding in the call center...

The constant message is " your wait time is 10 minutes.. And a person will revert to you shortly"..

This has been going on for the last 1 hour...

Please explain.. What kind of service is this?
