Tata Sky — Dish issue | |||||
Cust ID : [protected] Name : Geeta Agrawal We have been facing signal issue on our tata sky connection since 25 days and registered complaint with tatasky on nov 21st, they sent the technician who is not at all knowledgable and asked us to change 50 metres cable wire, we are expecting issue with the DISH and not the wire and have called several times(around 60-80calls) to tatasky asking to resolve the issue but there is no response at all..spoke to many senior managers(NEHA, AZAR, CHARANPREET SINGH & HEMANGEE RAHEJA) all went in vein its an harrassment and mental torture and till now they havent the issue. Technician who visits our place is very rude and mannerless!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
