Dear All #tataskyCustomers, I would like to share my BS experience & we can say online fraud did by tata sky executives. Last month I got a promotional call from Tata Sky customer care executive for Active Smart Manager (Newly introduced highly charged feature) & they told me that ths is free of cost for first 15 days. Even I have rejected their request over call & after couple of day I came to know that Tata sky started charging for that service without my permission & deducted all my money from my account. I would request everyone to beware from such calls from Tata sky & request new customers to don't go for tata sky in future. #tatasky team - BS to your team & your management who are doing fraud with their customers. I will not use #tatasky in future & also will not recommend to anyone. If you really caring your customers, resolve my issue ASAP. Complaint already registered with your customer care under MKIANT4.
