Tata Sky — display of wrong customer id | |||
My customer Id shown on the TV was [protected] the day I recharged it, and the next day it was showing [protected], and my balance of rs 500 was wasted on some other number. And this is not the first time, last time it happened, I ignored it thinking I might have seen it wrong but this time I asked my family to check the number too, and the numbers above can't be a mistake. When I called your helpline number about the same, the customer care representative was mocking me by imitating me, and put me on hold for fifteen mins, and never to answer my phone again. My balance was wasted, and being mocked by a customer care representative was not what I expected from tata sky. Kindly look into the same as soon as possible or else I won't hesitate going to the customer protection forum and lodging a complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
