Tata Sky — Disruption in service

I am a TATA SKY subscriber having ID [protected] with registered mobile no [protected]. I am not receiving the channels, that i have subscribed, for last 2 days. On opening of the set there is a moving banner about upgradation of service with an advice to contact by a mis call at [protected] and SMS 'NS' to 56633. Complied with both the requirements. The normal service is yet to be restored. Ruma
