Tata Sky — Does not work during monsoons - [protected]

Everytime there are heavy rains the Tata Sky service stops functioning, it also asks whether there is rains in the area
Does this mean that Tata Sky has got a blanket cover if it does not work during monsoons, this is not expected from a Tata Group of Company.
I am not getting any reception since couple of days due to the monsoons.
If Tata sky cannot give service during monsoon then why are they charging for that period, they should deduct and refund the money during the period that there is no service.
