Hi I am Shailendra Nagar my registered no. Is [protected]. And customer ID no is:- [protected]. Sir they are doing Fraud with customer. I have deactivate my account permanently with this guys on 25 of July. But they didn't deactivate my account. And their technical representative unnecessary drop new tataplay box and card without my permission and then on 28 july they msg me that rs 650 is charge for replacing they box and chip card. And they do negative my account by rs 650. Whenever my account is still deactivate. They are doing Fraud with me. Plz help me they deduct my 142 rs. Balance also from my dth account. I am requesting to you plz do needful action against them. And help me in refund my 142 rs also
