[Resolved] Tata Sky — Dolby digital sound is not working in tata sky digital setup box | |||
I got tatasky digital setup box for getting dolby digital sound out put. But there is no dolby digital effect. And distributors are not knowing that how to connect cables to home theoter They are commenting to call sony service engineers for this So it is not advisable getting tata sky for sound quality. I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter, send a service engineer to configure your home theater and resolve your issue.
