Tata Sky — Drop in Signal - No Action on Complaint

I have a Tata Sky connection and have been experiencing a drop in signal in recent weeks, as a result of which viewing of programs gets interuppted.
I have called the Tata Sky helpline and registered a complaint on June 26, 2015 - complaint number ITZW8X0.
There has been no action since registering this complaint. I have followed up regularly and the only reply I get is "we are sorry for the inconvenience and our technician will call you ASAP".
This is getting frustrating now and I would like to register a formal complaint for disservice against Tata Sky.
