Tata Sky — dropping actve vedic maths pack

i wanted to deactivate my ACTIVE VEDIK MATHS PACK, since when it was activated, only telephonic confirmation was taken. feeling like cheated. customer care executive is also not responding positively. but MR.AAKASH(phone executive) is very nice and helped me out. so my complaint is please find out the customer executive who had talked me before MR.AAKASH and take neccessary actions, since he had misguided customer and i will take it to consumer forum... for sure... regards, kaushik pandya thank you.
