Tata Sky DTH — Cheating about dth connection of tata sky.

Dear Sir,

I have taken a Tata sky connection - ID No.[protected] on 5th January 2016 at 2.16pm and I have paid the amount of Rs. 1410/-. My mothly subscription is Rs. 139/- Actully my payment date was on 05/02/2016 and I have paid the amount Rs. 140/- (monthly subsription) and Rs. 50 (Wire Charge) on 27/01/2016. That is I have paid Rs. 190/-. And After that they have changed my scheme to Rs. 255/- monthly without my permission. I have never asked them to change the scheme to Rs.255/-. And finally they send me a message thru my cell that if you not pay the amount on 19/02/2016, we will disconnect your connection. And they have disconnected it at 8.30 pm on 19/02/2016. The another important thing is that my another payment date is on 05/03/2016.

Please take neccessary steps at the earliest on this kind of cheating.
