Dear sir, I want to discontinue my tata sky connection immediately, i have talked to ur customer care regarding this. I am totally fade up with tatasky, my set top box stops working after every 4-5 months and i have to pay visiting charge as well as cost of that set top box every time, its my 5 th set top box changed but you are not having record of any single in your account. Their technicians love to work in private when you arrange for their visit through customer care they will call you and ask you to cancel the visit after they hear your problem and call them in private to solve the issue and they will charge you 1/4 of what Tata sky will charge.
I have told them about this also but they are giving a deaf ear to this issue also.
