From morning the screen showing set top box need to be paired, it's a new connection just four months happened plz look in to the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.NDS no[protected]
Digicard ID[protected].Still 2months free validity is there then why it showing set of box need to be paired issue plz look into the matter and resolve as earliest.

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi! Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
