[Resolved] Tata Sky — dth hd connection, unwilling to understand | |||
I have paid rs. 4560 towards platinum south hd valid until 5 july, 2018 through online mode. I have opted for one tv only at the time of payment. Ref. Id [protected] I received a confirmation sms on 5 january, 2018 for the payment made as above. To my surprise, the connection has been deactivated and calls made to the help service have not been of any help. Earlier on, we had subscription for two tvs. However, we have now opted for one tv and tata sky staff are unable to/refuse to understand this Was this information helpful? | |||
