[Resolved]  Tata Sky DTH — Manipulation of Tata Sky Services

Sir, I am Tata sky user and previous two month i am using Tata sky DTH. i have many complaints against Tata sky DTH. 1. My concern is Tata sky executive does not true tell to Tata sky DTH user. Two days before i were received a call ([protected]) from Tata Sky DTH customer care executive and told me you have any queiry just missed call at [protected] and after missed call Sky DTH customer executive will call back to you. But not happen according to Tata sky executive, many time i missed call at above mention number but all time i have receive only sms not any call. 2. Tata sky DTH executive does not gives me information about my account balance. i was call to Tata sky executive and after receiving executive hold my call for finding my account details but not back, after 10 minutes i disconnect my call.
