[Resolved]  Tata Sky — DTH monthly recharge got expired in 15 days

I recharged my dth june month plan for 378rs but it got expired on 19, 20 June. So I recharged again with 378 plan and it got expired again on 4th July. I Can't recharge like this for 15-15 days. I have tried to reach customer care but was not able to. Could someone from tata sky look into this issue asap.
