[Resolved] Tata Sky — DTH monthly recharge got expired in 15 days

This is the second time I'm complaining. Tata sky hasn't been responding to our issue. The recharge plan says it is for a month and later it lasts for only 15 days. The Tata sky members just give a missed call of 3 sec and when we try to call them back the call doesn't connect! Please do the needful asoon as possible.
