Tata Sky DTH — Non-replacement of hd recording box within warranty period | |||||
It has almost been a month since my HD Recording box is not working (11th of November to be precise). Since the box is under warranty, the technician replaced it with a refurbished box, which did not last even for a day. He then again replaced it after a few days with another refurbished box after requesting him many times, which again stopped working on that day itself. I informed customer care and they told me that each time, the HD recording box shall be replaced with a refurbished box only, and nothing more can be done! Till date, my HD recording box is lying as it was and TATA SKY customer care has not only closed the case, but is also asking me for the service charges!!! I am still requesting the TATA SKY team to replace my HD recording box with a new one, else return the money i had spent on purchasing of the box, i.e. Rs. 6000. Failing which I will be constrained to send them a legal notice. Was this information helpful? | |||||
