My complain is for my tata sky is not working and i so many times complain to company call center but after 72 hhr my tv not working and ther is response for my comlain and charges is us it is for 3dys charges. We tried connecting the Tata sky after we got it recharged. But there appears a problem with digital card as it says the digital card is wrong.

Hi, we're here to help. Please remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
