[Resolved] Tata Sky — DTH service bad signal after relocation | |||||
I am regular customer of tata sky and after had been relocated to the new location in same area, the signal problem had occured. after relocation from the 2nd week problem had occured. even i had been charged srongly from tata sky for the relocation amount. now when i am complainting for the singal error and the frequent disconnection of the chanel, tata sky care sying we will have to look into the issue and again charges will be applicable for it and after that again issue occur after fixing it on the 31st day they will again charge for the next visit of their representative. if this could be the servicce of the DTH opertaor where ordinary people like me have to go as i have been paying and recharging for the top package of TATA SKY.
