[Resolved] Tata Sky — dth service for entertainment

I have taken the tata sky dth service two months back (15.06.2017). At time of service they have promise lot but they dont provide any sales after service as my dth is not working properly from connection date always it get disconnected and show tata sky set top up box is not able to receive signal. After lot of follow up there representative came on 27.06.2017 and he is saying that the dish antenna fixed on terrace is not fixed in the proper direction thats why you are facing this problem. After listening this we have contaccted customer service of the tata sky but they refuse to do any rectification work and saying i[censored] want this work to be done then u have pay rs 300/- for the work otherwise your service will not run. The location and direction is decided by the tata sky installation person and also its tata sky whose know the exact latitude and londitude where they have to orient the dish as how can common person can know all this thing.
