Since last 15 days we are facing issue during day time it's work only in night to morning. Couple of time i had logged a complaint but no docket id received yet on registered mobile..Costemer care agreed on free service.. But engineer asking for 200 rupee service change every time..Still issue not resolve..Following with customer care is expensive cause of no toll free number. Spent around 300 rupee for followup.Need refund for last 15 day & restore service asap.

You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and service your pending issue immediately.
