Tata Sky Dth Services — Charging for a product that did not require a change | |||||
Customer Name- Mr.Bhasker Basu Customer ID-[protected] contact nos-[protected]/ [protected] Add. 77-C West Arjun Nagar Agra-282001 WO K46MCP4 We have a pemium connection with TATA Sky Dth services along with 2 add on connections. On 14th Sept 2015. I lodged a complaint with their helpline stating that the image from one add-on TV was disappearing while sound remained.Promptly they sent their service person who after fiddling around went upstairs and came back with the L&B from the dish, reason the unit was defective.Despite that the problem persisted.When I questioned him, he just shifted the port from HDMI 1 to 3 and said the problem was resolved so I asked him why did he change the part . He left in a hurry.On 17-9-'15 I recd a msg on my mobile saying 320/-will be deducted from our prepaid annual sum. Since that day I have failed to make TATA Sky CC people understand that why am I being forced to pay for a product that did not require changing. My problem remains unresolved and they call me any time in waking hours and waste my time. My request is that this fraudulent charges should be reversed which they say cannot be done. As a customer I am being cheated in broad daylight by TATA SKY. Kindly solve this problem and reverse the false charges Was this information helpful? | |||||
