[Resolved] Tata Sky Dth Services — Disruption in services to add - on t v | |||||
I am an old subscriber of Tata Sky D T H Services with an add-on T V along with the main connection. It is over a week now that there is a sudden disruption in services to the add-on T V. Each time one switches it on or shifts to the next channel. a message appears asking the viewer to pay for the desired channel, besides redirecting to the site from which to effect the same. It is stated that I have no dues outstanding against me; having cleared the last bill on 31 Mar 2017 paying Rs 850/- (including charges for the add-on T V).
