[Resolved] Tata Sky Dth Services — unclear picture for long time | |||||
For more than one month i'm not getting clear picture in my led tv. I contacted customer care of tatasky over phone and mail first time on 21.04.2018 and on 22.04.2018 a technician appeared and checked the problem and as a test case he replaced the set top box with an old one but the problem still persisted. Then he changed the chord (Between set top box to tv) but the problem didn;t go away. Then he suggested to get the problem checked by a tv technician as the problem may be generated from tv not from dth service. But all were his presumption as he was not sure about anything wherefrom the problem is coming. Despite that i contacted the service centre of tv and their technician after thorough checking with all possible measures including some external devices like hdmi and pendrive. But no such problem arose in those tests. Only when the tv is being connected with dth services the problem (Stripe all over the tv screen including pillars and picture getting hazy and opaque) appearing instantly. The tv technician then prescribed it as dth problem and get it removed from them. I at once contacted through mail ([protected]@tatasky.com copy to nodal [protected]@tatasky.com) narrating the entire episode and suggested them to take a chance by changing the chord (From set top box to dish and lmb (Catcher of picture from dish). But they reported that there is no surety of getting picture clear with these change on the contrary i have to pay for this change. I reminded about the responsibility of the company to provide clear picture to the customer with the best possible devices. But all was in vain. They then informed their inability to resolve my problem and advised to change the dth services if i so desire. My problem still persists and my picture getting hazier day by day. Pl. Advise.
