My set top box not receiving signal since last three days. I cannot enjoy my TV programmes Please restore sigal to ma setop box on priority.

TATASKY dealer giving wrong contact No. for complaint at the time of installation of H D setop box. The written contact no. on set top box is never useful or not reachable.
Please restore dth signal to my setop box

I am using Tata sky D2H from last 2 years.So I want to ask one question that if signals not received in D2H and we Lodge a complaint for visit an engineer than is it mandatory 100 RS service charge? Why customer pay 100 RS in case of no signal from Tata sky?
