Dear Sir, This is Shrikrishna P. Yewale from Pune. Its been more than 10 days that my tata sky set top box is not working due to bad signal. Since 10 days I am trying to get help from their customer care for that I give missed called him from my register mobile no [protected] to their no [protected] but no one get any response. After that I write mail to Tata Sky from my mail id ravindrayewale.[protected]@gmail.com their request no is 1-[protected] this but no one get any response. After that I tried to call on[protected] from my register mobile no [protected] as dated 10/4/2015 at morning between 9am to 10am two times but call not receive waiting time is 15 to 20 minute.
