[Resolved]  Tata Sky — due date is wrong

This is to bring to the notice of tatasky that my account due date for tatasky was supposed to be 11.10.2019 as i had earlier paid on 11.9.2019. Now i am being reminded that i have to recarge by 4th. Why is this so? Kindly see to this matter as earlier the due date was somewhere around 15th. When the pack is for a month, why am i being charged for less days. Please resolve my complaint and revert.

I have a problem from 7 weeks I have no recharge in my TV when I recharge my TV they provide me this one this is the wrong card for this set top box pairing Hero please solve the problems I am very glad to tell you
