Tata Sky — Due date of recharge shown online[protected] is different from the one shown on the TV screen[protected]

After my last recharge in July end last month i had modified my account.After modifying the screen gave the next due date as 03-09-14 but the TV screen in the account status even today shows the due date as 27-08-14. Pl clarify. My customer ID is [protected].
