[Resolved] Tata Sky — duplicate remote received on new connection | |||
This is to inform that i have received a low quality duplicate remote on purchasing new connection recently on 10th april’18. You can have a look of same in the image attached with this email. 1. “guide” is seen printed as “guise” 2. “on demand” is printed as “on damand” Etc.. Also, the build of remote too is of very cheap quality. I have made several follow ups with tata sky on facebook & twitter helpline but to no avail. Even wrote to nodal office but no reply from there as well. If i'm paying, i need to have all original accessories. Was this information helpful? | |||
