This refers to my tatasky subscriber id: [protected] wherein i had recharged for one year subscription on 17/10/2016 and my connection was disconnected on 24/05/2017??? Even after paying for one year the connection got disconnected on 8th month of recharging. From 16th october till 27th october i tried calling to tatasky customer care but the call got disconnected after 8 - 10 seconds without speaking to customer care. For this also customer care told me that the fault is from my mobile subscriber for call drops and not from tatasky.
For every reason tatasky has only one reason i. E., technical error.

Till now it is open and no action has been taken on the issue to resolve. Why so???
I need an explanation and earliest solution pertaining to my complain which is not yet resolved...
