[Resolved]  Tata Sky — error 2 in chanel

Address:4, Amrut Baug society, bear Dena bank, Vejalpur road, jivraj, 380051

Every time when we start the television. After two minutes it shows error in channel and doesn’t connect to the system. Although we have purchase a new set up box before a month which is a hd set up box which doesn’t contain a card but your company says that our technician will visit at home and fix the card and will charge 150rs. Even without the card it’s working for a month then why not now!? We have been complained about this four times and still we didn’t got any help. Kindly request you to solve the matter.
