Tata Sky — Even after several calls no help | |||
My tatasky subscriber id is [protected], i have purchased a multi tv connection from them a few months ago but when i asked them to deactivate my second connection they are just not responding and also deducting the extra Rs.200 for the 2nd settop box which i am not using... I filed a complaint last month but before recharging my account this month when i called them to confirm they said no such complaints have been registered only and i also didnt had that complaint number, so i filed a fresh complaint (JTE1C95 complaint number) but this complaint was closed the next day only without even informing me and when i called them to know the status of my complaint they said my phone was not reachable so they closed my complaint, but i failed to understand that how can a landline number be not reachable... But anyways i again had to file a new complaint (JXFHALT complain number) and its been 5-6 days now since then, but everytime i call them they say yes u will get a call from our technical team today or tomorrow and thus the days keep going without any progress... I have made some 10-12 calls to them for the same issue, but no help and thus registering a complaint against them now, hoping it might help me from the fraud that tatasky is doing...
