Tata Sky — Everywhere TV package not getting removed

I have subscribed a channel package named 'Everywhere TV' for which I pay Rs 60/month, which I want to unsubscribe. However, I haven't been able to do so as there is no option to remove it over the website and when I tried doing it, multiple times over the helpline contact number it doesn't give me the option to remove this particular channel package. It's annoying to be not able to remove this package after spending hours and money over website and phone. My patience has been tested and 60 Rs have been charged for the latest monthly recharge. Kindly resolve this matter and refund the 60 Rs. My subscription id [protected]
