Since many weeks, my Tata Sky HD+ box has not been functioning properly, and the problem is still not rectified. I first filed a complaint on April 22nd (WO # HS74WV6). Tata Sky gave me an appointment but nobody showed up. The appointment was moved to 23rd 5PM, but the concerned technician showed up at 8:30PM. He diagnosed the problem to require replacing the box and asked to come next day. But for next 2 weeks, nobody showed up. I filed another complaint on 7th (WO # HZGA8ZH) specifically asking to send a technician with a replacement HD+ box. I get an appointment for 10PM, but again nobody showed up. Technician called to ask what the complaint is about. Every time I call Tata Sky or someone from Tata Sky calls, I have to explain the problem again. I don't understand why the complaint details are not forwarded to the technicians directly.
Today, I called Tata Sky again and was given an appointment of 11:30AM, but again nobody showed up. When I called again, I was told that the technician will come at 2PM. I don't know whether anyone will come. When I complained about this, the Tata Sky person disconnected the call.
Pathetic customer service.
