Hi Sir/ Madam,
I have mistakenly recharged Rs. 500/- on 21st July 2022 into my old deactivated Tata Sky Subscriber Account # [protected] as this was appearing in my profile.
Can you please refund the amount of Rs 500/- for the wrong recharge done by me on 21st July 2022 in my old Tata Sky account?
I have also recently purchased a new Tata Sky Account# [protected] which is currently in use and Rs 500/- was paid for recharge on 21st July 2022. I have made payment of Rs 500/- two times on 21st July 2022.
After checking with your helpline person who told me tom check me with my kotak Bank and get the refund done for the bank for the excess recharge done. My bank has informed me that as the payment is already received by Tata Sky(Tata Play) so Tata Sky will need to refund it back to me of the excess payment of Rs 500/- done by me on 21 July 2022.
Request you to kindly refund back to my online bank account for the wrong recharge. Also cancel & remove my old Tata Sky account# [protected] from my Profile.
