[Resolved] Tata Sky — executive not trained properly about the package and channels included | |||
I am from pune and tata sky executive approach and told about the dhamaka package and told that it includes hd channels for duration of 1 year. But no after buying set top box, i got to know that hd channels are for only for 1 month and for next month i have to pay 95 rupees. The franchise which tata sky gives and the executives are not proerly train about the package and for the lead the approach customers and provide wrong information and after installation customer get to know about the "company policy" inshort how to take advantage of customers If i have to cancel the tata sky then the refund will get only of package and not of installation charges. They provide refund only after we give them dish then why they are not giving us installation money. Big fault to go in tata sky Was this information helpful? | |||

I have requested to cancel my multi conection and recharge as single connection with 3520 early package. accordeingly i paid the amount. i received a message that account is recharged .but my account is deactivated. why ad how?

My recent pack is dhamaal mix of rs 320 want to change my Tata sky pack from dhamaal mix to dhamaka of rs 220. I have tried many times but i can't. Please help .the due date to recharge my pack is today the 5th of September 2018
