Tata Sky — Extended validity of 15 days for ID no.[protected]due to unavailaibility of connection for 15 days

This complain is with respect to my Tata Sky ID no [protected]. I have recharged my connection with an amount of Rs.200/- on dated 26/04/15 but the connection was not charged for which i registered a complain on 26/04/15 with work order no.-HUEOTHO, still the connection was not started. Again i registered a complain on 09/05/15 with work order no. 10GK342.
The connection was finally started on 09/05/15. Therefore i should be given 15 more days against my recharge value dated 26/04/15 as the connection was not provided for 15 long days due to negligence and issues related to Tata Sky.
I look forward for a suitable action in this regard.
