[Resolved] Tata Sky — extra amount of recharge | |
Tata sky unwanted amount of recharge of Rs. 401.Regular monthly recharge is Rs. 330 in every month. Today customer care is said recharge is Rs.401.customercare said that u are take a music channel. But I am not take any music channel. Company was not give me any message or call I am add this channel. Directly company after one month gave me message ur recharge is Rs.401.I am very unhappy this company behavior. Please take action.I am a genual customer of tata sky.
