Tata Sky — EXTRA Rs.150 Charge has been Deducted

MySelf Sanjay Chauhan is a consumer of TATA SKY DTH having subscribe id -[protected], relocated dish some other place on 1st JUNE. Installer came on my request and set the dish but i was unable to watch all channels mentioned in my package. I told this matter to installer at the same time and he replied there is a problem in dish so you can not see all channels. Solution he told to change the dish. Then feedback call I got from TATA SKY I told this whole matter and he replied we are taking complaint and installer will come your place again to resolve. Rs. 200 was deducted as a re installation charge. On 4th June installer came again and he set the dish properly and with the same dish i was able to watch all channels. But now again Rs.150 had been deducted. I called TATA SKY and explained all matter but in reply they had shown arrogance and replied we can not do anything if you want you can go consumer forum. So am I writing this complaint with the hope that at least here my matter will be understand by your concern and resolve as soon as possible.
