Tata Sky — extremely frustrating experience - installation refused by technician | |||
Hi team, This is my registered mail id with tatasky and my subscriber id is [protected]. I've been using tatasky services for the last eight years but due to my past 3 day experience i've decided to not continue with tatasky any more. I placed installation request in bangalore with tatasky customer service on 6th may 2019 and till now my installation is not complete. Today the technician visited my place and started exploiting me for by offering personal service from his side and keeping your company out of the loop. He insisted that i pay for cable charges and he'll pull the wire from the terrace of 9th floor building for the installation to be done for my flat on ground floor. Shocking part is that for everyone else in my society, the installation is done right from the balcony. When i objected then he cooked up some excuse and left my place without completing the installation and now i'm waiting since 6th may 2019 for the installation to get completed. I tried to escalate this issue to tatasky area service in charge for bangalore today in the evening but was shocked to see his response, he was extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to even listen to me. He told me to do whatever i want but he won't provide the installation. His mobile number is [protected]. Tatasky doesn't value its customers and that's the reason i've decided to stop using tatasky services.
