Tata Sky — Extremely Poor Response and No Action for almost 4 Days Now | |||
I am a Tata Sky Subscriber ([protected]) for the last 4 years now. I had raised a request for a installation as i have moved residence. It has been 4 days now and there is just no response. Reaching the call centre has become extremely difficult. Even the on line chat seems to be go off line quite often. When i do get through the call centre has no trace of my earlier request. Even today a new request was taken. I would prefer if they can let me know how to cancel the account as there are other options. Was this information helpful? | |||
