[Resolved] Tata Sky — failure in providing services in spite of lodging complaint for a long time and in site of reminding so many times till today | |||
My tata sky set top box is still in warranty and is not receiving signal since february 09. The complaint for technician visit to resolve the problem had lodged in tata sky on february 09. But tata sky neither send a technician to resolve the problem till today. Kindly take immediate action against tata sky as it has ruined my consumer rights vigorously. Furthermore, kindly make it sure to resolve my problem regarding set top box as soon as possible. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
