[Resolved] Tata Sky — false commitment and cheating the customer | |||
I bought Tata sky hd with one month free ultra subscription.at d time of installation person told me that pls recharge yr account for breakfree viewing so today i recharged and i lost my free package. Mr Mahammad of customer care executive is bluntly saying that max i can give u rs.10 for compensation. Boss u never hv attitude like this .Thats not tata branding. Tatas must check the persons ability before hiring such people in custmer care. Very poor service. Was this information helpful? | |||
